Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME:

Time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. In most circumstances, Heavenscent will be able to ship out orders within 2-3 business days if not sooner.

Heavenscent is considering using a Email/Text service or App so that deliveries are tracked by both the customer and Heavenscent.

SHIPPING TIMES:

North America: 5-7 business days after 48-72 hour processing time.

Heavenscent will do its best to meet shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is scanned, the delivery service has control over how long the package will take to arrive.

Heavenscent is not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package. However, we will ensure you receive your order in a timely manner and will be involved in the process until you receive it.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
